The abundance of natural stone on the golf course allows for the use of rock walls to enhance the landscape around the greens, tees, and water edges. Water crossings will utilize precast culverts or large pipes, flanked by low stone barriers on both sides. These low stone barriers are designed to serve as safety railings alongside golf cart paths at the water crossings.

Golfers will have a variety of options for how to play each hole, though some shots will require courage to achieve good scores. The South Course offers a diversity of hole directions and an excellent balance between dogleg holes and the orientation of the greens. The first nine holes do not return to the Clubhouse; they guide players toward the southern end of the property, where a midway rest area awaits after nine holes before returning to the main Clubhouse.
